CityWorkshop collects only the information required for repair bookings, account access, engineer/business partner verification, application tracking, and support. This includes your name, mobile number, email, address, and location data.

How we use your data: Your information is used to process repair bookings, verify engineer/partner applications, provide live service tracking, send OTP for authentication, and communicate service updates via SMS/WhatsApp.

Data sharing: We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with assigned engineers (for service delivery), payment processors (Razorpay), and communication providers (MSG91) as required for service operations.

Data retention: Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded documents for engineer/partner verification are stored securely and used only for admin review.

Your rights: You may request correction of your data or account deletion from the Account Deletion page. Requests are processed within 7 working days, subject to pending service obligations.

Security: We use HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and access controls to protect your information.
