Acceptance: By using CityWorkshop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

For Customers: You must provide accurate address and contact information for repair bookings. Payment is required as per the service pricing displayed at booking time. Cancellation policies apply as communicated during booking.

For Engineers: You must provide accurate identity documents (Voter ID, PAN) during registration. Registration fees are non-refundable for rejected applications. Approved engineers must maintain service quality standards and respond to assigned jobs promptly.

For Business Partners: Partners must operate within assigned city/state boundaries. Lead allocation and commission rates are set by admin policy. Partner accounts may be suspended for policy violations.

Platform Rules: All users must not misuse the platform, share false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. CityWorkshop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments: All payments are processed through Razorpay. CityWorkshop does not store card details. Refund requests are reviewed within 7 working days.

Limitation of Liability: CityWorkshop acts as a coordination platform. We are not liable for damage caused during repair services. Engineers are independent service providers.
